Law is the system of rules, which is created and enforced through the social or governmental departments in order to regulate the functions of the department. Law is assisted as system to regulate and ensure that the community shows the equality and respect. The state enforced laws can be made through the combined council or by the single representative, resulting in rulings by the executive through the implementation of decree and regulations or it is set up by the judges through the precedent in common law jurisdictions. The private individuals make legal binding contracts, which are involved with arbitration agreements and they might be selected to accept the alternative arbitration to normal court procedure. The law forms the economics, politics, history and society in various ways and it can serve as the arbitrator or relations among the people.

When a person gets the law degree, LLB from the recognized Pakistani or common law country universities, he becomes the lawyer in Pakistan. The lawyers are also known as advocates in Pakistan and an advocate has to be member of one of the regional bar councils like Punjab Bar Council, Sindh Bar Council, KPK Bar Council, or Balochistan Bar Council so that he can do the practice as the advocate.
