Punjab Releases Schedule for Grade 4 Large-Scale Assessment 2026
Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority PECTAA has officially announced the timetable for the Large-Scale Assessment LSA-2026 for Grade 4 students in selected educational institutions across Punjab. The students can get the latest information that Punjab Releases Schedule for Grade 4 Large-Scale Assessment 2026.
PECTAA to Conduct Province-Wide Student Evaluation in Selected Schools
According to a notification issued on May 6, the assessment will be carried out in schools functioning under the School Education Department SED, Punjab Education Foundation PEF, Punjab Education Management Authority PIMA, Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education L&NFBE, Special Education Department, District Public Schools DPS, as well as registered private schools.
The assessment process will start on May 11 with the Mathematics paper. Urdu exams will be held on May 12, followed by English on May 13. Assessments related to Urdu and English listening, reading, dictation, and speaking fluency are scheduled for May 14, while the Science paper will take place on May 18.
Officials stated that most exams will be conducted between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM. However, the Mathematics paper on May 11 will begin at 9:00 AM and continue until 12:30 PM. The duration of each assessment has been fixed at three and a half hours.
PECTAA further explained that the assessment will be sample-based and conducted in selected schools throughout the province to measure the learning performance and educational outcomes of Grade 4 students.
