PU Evening Admissions for MPA MS Spring 2026 Schedule

University of the Punjab has announced admissions for its Self-Supporting Evening Programs for Spring 2026. Admissions are open for the following 18-year degree programs offered through the Institute of Administrative Sciences IAS. The students can check the latest updates of PU Evening Admissions for MPA, MS-HRM and MS Health Administration – Spring 2026.

Candidates must submit the online form along with scanned copies of academic documents by January 18, 2026 11:59 PM.
- Written Test:
The written admission test will be held on January 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Institute of Administrative Sciences.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Merit and Admission Process
- Test Result Announcement: January 28, 2026
- Interviews of Shortlisted Candidates: February 2 to February 4, 2026
- Display of General Merit List & 1st Merit List: February 9, 2026
- Last Date to Deposit Fee 1st List: February 12, 2026

Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for MPA 18 Years and MS Human Resource Management 18 Years
Candidates applying for MPA or MS-HRM must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must hold a BS Hons. 4-Year degree, MA, MSc, BSc Hons. 4-Year, or BSc Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant subject from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 16 years of education 120 credit hours after HSSC / FA / FSc / Grade 12.
- The candidate must have no third division in their entire academic career.
- Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks in the written admission test conducted by the university.
- At least 50% marks in the interview are required to qualify.
- Candidates must pass the GRE-Subject Test related to their field, conducted by IAS, with minimum 50% marks.
- If required, students may need to complete 6 to 9 credit hours of deficiency courses in a zero semester after admission.
Eligibility for MS Health Administration 18 Years
Applicants for MS Health Administration must fulfill the following conditions:
- Candidates should have MHA, MBBS, BDS, BS Nursing, D-Pharmacy, or an equivalent relevant qualification 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution or university.
- There should be no third division throughout the academic career.
- Applicants must pass the GRE-Subject Test related to Health Administration, conducted by IAS, with at least 50% marks.
- The test pattern will be available on http://ias.edu.pk/.
- A minimum of 50% marks in the interview is compulsory.
- The admissions committee may require students to complete 6 to 9 credit hours of deficiency courses at level 6 in a zero semester.
Additional Requirements and Important Instructions
- CGPA earned on a grading scale other than 4.00 will be converted according to university rules.
- Students whose final results are awaiting may apply by selecting “Result Awaiting” in the application form. However, they must submit their final notified result before or on the interview date.
- 40 marks are reserved for academic qualification, as per the merit formula available at www.pu.edu.pk/dpcc.
- Admission rules for MS / MPhil / PhD and equivalent programs can be obtained from IAS.
- Applicants must pay a processing and examination fee of Rs. 2000 through the online bank challan generated during application submission via HBL, UBL, or mobile banking through 1Bill.
- Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Candidates who graduated from institutions other than Punjab University must obtain PU equivalence before the interview.
- Degrees from foreign universities require equivalence from HEC Pakistan as well as Punjab University.
- Employed candidates must provide a No Objection Certificate NOC from their employer at the time of interview.
- Foreign and overseas Pakistani candidates must apply through their embassy or relevant Pakistani mission abroad, along with NOC and degree equivalence.
