DUHS Pharm-D DPT and OD Admissions 2026-27 Open

Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS, Karachi, has officially announced admissions for its 5-year degree programs—Pharm-D, DPT, and OD—for the academic session 2026–27.

This intake provides opportunities for prospective medical candidates to secure seats in premier professional degree programs across pharmacy, physical therapy, and optometry. Eligible candidates across Sindh must complete their online registration before the upcoming December deadline to qualify for the unified entrance exam.

Degree Offerings & Eligibility Criteria

All three degree options are 5-year undergraduate programs requiring specific academic credentials and provincial residency.

Doctor of Pharmacy Pharm-D: Offered at Dow College of Pharmacy in morning and evening shifts. Requires HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent A-Level, 12th grade certified by IBCC with minimum 60% marks, minimum 25% passing marks in the entry test, and a Sindh domicile/PRC.

Doctor of Physical Therapy DPT: Offered at Dow Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. Requires HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent certified by IBCC with minimum 60% marks and a Sindh domicile/PRC.

Doctor of Optometry OD: Offered at the Department of Optometry and Visual Sciences, Dow Institute of Medical Technology. Requires HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent certified by IBCC with minimum 60% marks and a Sindh domicile/PRC.
