National University of Medical Sciences NUMS has released the official NUMS MDCAT Admission 2026 Schedule. This entry test is mandatory for candidates seeking admission to the MBBS and BDS programs Session 2026–27 across NUMS constituent, affiliated, private sector, and Armed Forces-administered medical and dental colleges. These include Army Medical College Rawalpindi, various CMH institutes, Bahria University, Fazaia Medical Colleges, and NUST School of Health Sciences.
 
Registration Timelines & Fee Structure
 
Prospective medical students must complete their online registration within these strict windows:
 
Online Registration Starts: Monday, May 18, 2026
Registration Deadline Regular Fee: Monday, June 08, 2026, by 4:00 PM
Late Registration Deadline With Late Fee: Monday, June 15, 2026, by 4:00 PM
Official Test Date & Time: Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM PST

Eligibility, Centers, and Test Pattern
 
Prerequisites: Open to citizens of Pakistan, Overseas Pakistanis, Dual Nationals, and Foreign Nationals. Candidates under 18 must hold a valid NADRA Juvenile Card. F.Sc/HSSC/A-Level students awaiting NUMS MDCAT Test results 2026 are fully eligible.
Test Locations: Centers will be established across Islamabad, Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, and internationally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia KSA. Applicants must select two cities in order of preference.
Exams Format: The test consists of two mandatory components:
  1. Part A Academic: 150 Multiple Choice Questions MCQs covering Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and English. Time allowed: 2 hours and 45 minutes.
2. Part B Psychological: 50 MCQs. Time allowed: 15 minutes. There is no negative marking.
