Khawaja Fareed Social Security Hospital Admissions 2025 Dispenser Course
Khawaja Fareed Social Security Hospital, Multan invites applications for admission 2025 to the 2-year Dispenser Course Session 2025-2027. This program is exclusively for children of protected workers registered under the Punjab Employees Social Security Institution PESSI, employed in factories under the Factory Act, as well as the children of hospital staff.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification: Matriculation Science with at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Additional marks will be awarded as follows:
Hafiz-e-Quran: 10 marks
FSc Pre-Medical with minimum 45% marks: 20 marks
2. Age Limit:
No age restriction.
Preference will be given to recent matric pass candidates.
3. Ineligibility:
Candidates currently enrolled in any regular educational institution are not eligible to apply for this course.
4. Area Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates belonging to the Social Security Directorate Multan.
If suitable candidates are not available, applicants from the general public may be considered.
Application Procedure:
Admission forms can be obtained from the hospital at a cost of Rs. 100 per form.
Photocopies of the form are not acceptable.
Completed application forms must be submitted with the following attested documents:
Academic Certificates
Domicile Certificate
Valid renewed Social Security Card 5-R and verified 1-CC Form
Character Certificate
CNIC or B-form
Medical Fitness Certificate
Two recent passport-sized photographs
The complete application must be submitted to the office of the undersigned by September 1, 2025.
Important Dates:
Interview Date: September 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent
No separate call letters will be issued. No TA/DA will be provided. Bring original documents on interview day.
Display of Merit List: September 9, 2025 on the hospital notice board
Commencement of Classes: September 11, 2025
Quota Allocation:
Children of Protected Workers PESSI: 75%
Children of Hospital Employees: 20%
Special Persons Disabled: 5%
Note :
Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
Admission will be granted strictly on merit.
