JSMU Reschedules Postponed Exams 2025 All New Dates Here
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has released a crucial notification regarding the new exam dates for postponed examinations. This comes as a significant update for all students who were affected by the recent physical closure of the university due to unfavorable weather conditions in Karachi. The new schedule aims to provide clarity and allow students to resume their academic preparations.
The notification, dated 23.08.2025, outlines the revised schedule for various programs and papers that were originally set for August 20, 21, and 22. All concerned students are advised to download the official JSMU new exam dates notification from the universitys website to confirm their specific schedule. The changes are as follows:
- BSNG Semester-VII Regular: The Computerized Theory for "Critical Care," originally scheduled for August 20, 2025, will now be held on August 26, 2025. The "Nursing Research" paper, postponed from August 21, 2025, is now scheduled for August 27, 2025.
- DPT Regular & Retake: The Computerized Theory for "Musculoskeletal Medicine-II," postponed from August 21, 2025, has been rescheduled for August 25, 2025. "Neurological Physical Therapy," postponed from August 22, 2025, will now be on August 25, 2025.
- BS OT Regular: "Theory Kinesiology," originally scheduled for August 20, 2025, is now scheduled for August 28, 2025.
- BSNG Semester-I Regular: The "Practical/Viva" for "Fundamentals of Nursing" and "Microbiology," postponed from August 20 and 22, 2025 respectively, are now scheduled for September 8, 2025, and September 11, 2025.
- Semester-I, B.A.T.C.H.-I, PHD AIPS: "Advanced Epidemiology" originally scheduled for August 20, 2025, will now be held on August 28, 2025.
- Semester-IV, BSPH: "Health Promotion, Advocacy & Social Mobilization" and "Principles of Psychology" both postponed from August 20, 2025, are now rescheduled for August 28, 2025.
- Semester-IV, BSPH: "English-IV" has been moved from August 21, 2025, to September 1, 2025.
- Semester-II, BSPH: "English-II" postponed from August 21, 2025, is now on September 1, 2025.
- Semester-VIII, BSPH: The "Community Dentistry" paper, originally scheduled for August 21, 2025, will now be on September 1, 2025.
Students are also reminded to visit the official JSMU website for any further changes or updates at least one day before the commencement of their exams.
