IBM Releases MBA Exam Notification 2025 for Regular & Specialized Programs
The Institute of Business Management IBM, Karachi, has officially announced the IBM Exam Notification 2025 for MBA Regular & Specialized students of the graduating class of 2024. The Comprehensive Examination will be conducted on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Examination Hall, 1st Floor, SSK Center of Excellence, IoBM.
Eligibility & Criteria
According to the notification, only students who have completed all course requirements and achieved a minimum CGPA of 3.0 are eligible to appear in the exam. Students who began their MBA program before Fall 2016 are exempted from the registration fee.
Registration Deadline: September 10, 2025
Registration Fee: Rs. 5,000/- payable via IoBM virtual account
Exam Structure
MBA Regular: Students will attempt one major subject 1 hour and two non-major subjects 1 hour each.
Majors include Marketing, Finance, HRM, Accounting, LSCM, Islamic Banking & Finance, and Management.
Non-majors vary based on chosen specialization.
MBA Specialized: Students will appear in one major subject of three hours, with options including:
Health & Hospital Management, Educational Management, Energy & Environment Management, Finance & Risk Management, Media Management, MIS, Entrepreneurship & SME Banking, LSCM, and Management.
Bi-Major Students will attempt two major subjects 1.5 hours each.
Important Notes
Passing the Comprehensive Examination is mandatory for obtaining the official transcript and MBA degree.
Students are allowed two attempts maximum; a third attempt requires Dean’s approval.
