DUHS MDS 4th Sem Examination From & Fee Submission Notification 2024
The Examinations Department of Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi, under Ref No.: DUHS/EXM/2024-373, issues a crucial notification to all eligible candidates of the Dr. Ishrat ul Ebad Khan Institute of Oral Health Sciences, Ojha Campus. This notification pertains to the upcoming MDS Fourth Year Semester-VII Regular Examination 2024 Basic – Batch-13. Candidates are informed that the Examinations Form & Fee will be accepted until the 1st of March, 2024. It is mandatory for candidates to submit their forms along with the required fee to the respective College / Institute.
Examination Fee: Rs. 10,000/-
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
In adherence to the outlined instructions, the respective college/institute must efficiently manage the collection of forms, paid fee vouchers, and essential documents from eligible candidates. Subsequently, these documents must be submitted to the Examinations Department at Dow University of Health Sciences within THREE DAYS, accompanied by a comprehensive list of candidates who have fulfilled the necessary formalities. Each candidates Examination Fee Payment Voucher must be enclosed with their respective Examination Form. Additionally, candidates are required to attach photocopies of transcripts from MDS Semester-III & IV, the Enrolment Card, the original Fee Paid Voucher, and any other relevant documents or information as deemed necessary.
