Important Exam Form Deadlines

Candidates must adhere strictly to the timeline provided by the JSMU Examination Department to avoid penalties or application rejection:

Late Fee Period: A late fee of Rs. 500/- will apply starting November 16, 2026.

Absolute Closing Date: No examination forms will be accepted after November 20, 2026.

Fee Structure and Submission Procedure

The standard examination fee is set at Rs. 7,500/-. The submission workflow varies depending on the students college affiliation:

Sindh Medical College JSMU Students: Must download the form from the JSMU Exam Download Portal, fill it out completely, and submit it along with an original paid fee voucher of Rs. 7,500/- and required documents directly to the Student Affairs Department of JSMU.

Affiliated Medical Colleges: Students must print and fill out the form, attach the fee of Rs. 7,500/-, and submit it to the designated focal person at their respective institution. Focal persons will then compile and submit the forms to the universitys examination department alongside consolidated pay orders.

Photocopy of the transcript from the last Annual or Retake examinations.
