The Ch. Pervaiz Elahi Institute of Cardiology CPEIC, Multan invites applications for admission to the 4-Year B.Sc. Hons. Cardiac Perfusion degree program under the Allied Health Sciences, affiliated with the University of Health Sciences UHS, Lahore, for the academic session 2025–2026.

Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
HSSC Pre-Medical Part-I or equivalent with a minimum of 50% unadjusted marks.
Candidates awaiting HSSC Part-II results can apply provisionally, but final admission will be confirmed upon submission of complete HSSC results.
Candidates failing to secure 50% overall in HSSC or equivalent will have their provisional admission cancelled.
Domicile: Punjab
Mandatory for all applicants.

Format:
100 MCQs based on UHS UGAT 2025 pattern
Foreign Qualifications:
Applicants with A-Levels or 12th-grade equivalents must submit IBCC equivalence certificates.

Merit Calculation Criteria:
SSC/Equivalent: 10%
HSSC Pre-Medical Part-I: 40%
CPEIC Entry Test 2025: 50%

Note: Students who leave the program after joining will be liable to pay Rs. 500,000 as per the surety bond.

Important Notes:
No hostel or transport facility will be provided.
Government employees must apply through proper channel and provide NOC from their department.
IBCC verification of SSC and HSSC is mandatory for final admission.
