UAP Ph.D Comprehensive Exam Notification 2025 Released
The University of Agriculture Peshawar UAP has officially released the UAP Exam Notification 2025 regarding the Written Comprehensive Examination for Ph.D students. According to the notification, the exams for Major Paper-I, Major Paper-II, and Minor Paper-III will be held in October 2025.
All Ph.D advisors have been requested to process cases for students who have successfully completed their coursework and are ready to sit for the comprehensive exams.
Key Requirements Mentioned in UAP Comprehensive Exam Notification for Ph.D Program 2025:
Advisors must prepare and submit cases of eligible students along with:
Course work proforma
Copy of DMC Detailed Marks Certificate
A list of three full-time Ph.D faculty members who have taught Ph.D-level courses must be prepared by the Chairperson/Director in consultation with the supervisory committee.
The complete case must be submitted to the Directorate of Advanced Studies and Research by September 15, 2025.
Incomplete cases or submissions after the deadline will not be entertained.
The UAP Exam Notification 2025 also instructs advisors to include the cell number and email address of each faculty member proposed for the examination panel.
