Punjab University Announces Fee Hike Across Multiple Programs
Punjab University has announced a substantial rise in tuition fees across several academic programs, with the revised structure taking effect this month. According to university sources, the fee adjustments range between 16% and 59%, with an average increase of 28% for students. Revised Fee Structure Takes Effect with Up to 59% Hike
The LLM program has seen the highest surge, with fees rising by Rs 5,825, marking a 59% increase. Similarly, tuition for undergraduate programs like BSc, BCom, BBA, and MBA has gone up by 15%. Students enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy D Pharmacy program will now pay Rs 23,000, up from the previous Rs 18,000.
Other changes include a 28% fee increase for LLB students, while the fee for the Medical Diploma program has risen by 16%.
The pu revised fee structure was officially approved by the Punjab University Syndicate and will be enforced starting this month. Students are advised to review the new fee details and prepare accordingly for upcoming academic sessions.
