Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education in Punjab have officially announced the Punjab Class 9 annual examination date sheet for 2026. The newly released schedule provides a full outline of subject-wise papers for both morning and evening sessions. The examinations will begin in April and will be conducted simultaneously across all districts under a centralized and uniform timetable. Province-Wide Timetable Issued for Morning and Evening Papers

According to the announced schedule, morning exams will start at 9:00 AM each day. Evening papers will generally commence at 2:00 PM, while on Fridays, the second session will begin at 2:30 PM.

The examinations will kick off on April 17, 2026 Friday. On the first day, students will appear for Economics and Information & Communication Technology TECH in the morning session. In the evening, papers for Child Development & Family Living, Physiology & Hygiene, and Clothing & Textile will take place.

On April 20, English Compulsory for Group First Old / ALP / New syllabus will be held in the morning, followed by Group Second in the evening. April 21 will feature Elements of Home Economics, Electrical Wiring, and Fashion Designing TECH in the first session, while Household Accounts & Related Problems for girls only along with Dress Making & Fashion Designing will be conducted in the second session.

Physics Old / ALP / New Group First, Advanced Islamic Studies Group First, and Physics TECH are scheduled for April 22 in the morning. The corresponding Group Second papers will be organized later the same day. On April 23, Arabic and Geometrical & Technical Drawing will be examined in the morning, while Health & Physical Education will be conducted in the evening.

On April 24 Friday, students will take Tarjama-tul-Quran-ul-Majeed Compulsory Group First and Akhlaqiat Ethics for non-Muslim candidates in the morning session. Group Second of Tarjama-tul-Quran-ul-Majeed Compulsory will follow in the evening.
