PU Schedule for Forms & Fee for ADA ADS & Commerce Exams 2026

University of the Punjab has issued an official notification regarding the submission of online admission forms and payment of fees for the Associate Degree in Arts ADA, Associate Degree in Science ADS, and Associate Degree in Commerce Part-I and Part-II Annual Exams 2026. This announcement has been released through Notification No. 118/Cond.D.S., which is an extension of the earlier notification issued on March 6, 2026. Online Registration and Fee Details for Associate Degree Annual Exams

According to the notification, the punjab university has fixed March 31, 2026 as the final date for submitting the online admission forms along with the required exam fees. The online form submission period began on February 20, 2026, and students belonging to different categories must complete their registration within this timeframe.

For regular candidates, the university has announced that candidates appearing in the BA Hearing Impaired Annual Exam 2026 can submit their online admission forms between February 20 and March 31, 2026. These candidates are not required to pay any exam fee for Associate Degree in Arts, Associate Degree in Science, or Associate Degree in Commerce.

For late college candidates, the same submission period from February 20 to March 31, 2026 has been provided for the Associate Degree in Arts, Science, and Commerce Part-II Annual Exam 2026. Candidates in this category will be required to pay the single exam fee. The fee for Associate Degree in Arts is Rs. 11,290, for Associate Degree in Science it is Rs. 13,040, while the fee for Associate Degree in Commerce is Rs. 12,090. However, candidates appearing in the BA Hearing Impaired Annual Exam 2026 under this category will not be required to pay any fee.

For private candidates, the university has also opened the admission process for Associate Degree in Arts, Science, and Commerce Part-I and Part-II Annual Exam 2026 during the same period from February 20 to March 31, 2026. These candidates must submit their forms with the single exam fee. The fee structure for private candidates is Rs. 11,290 for Associate Degree in Arts, Rs. 13,040 for Associate Degree in Science, and Rs. 15,225 for Associate Degree in Commerce. Meanwhile, candidates appearing in the BA Hearing Impaired Annual Exam 2026 are again exempted from paying the exam fee.

The university has also provided an option for candidates who want to improve their division. For Associate Degree in Arts and Science Part-I and Part-II Annual Exam 2026, candidates may apply with a single fee of Rs. 11,290 for Arts and Rs. 13,040 for Science. Similarly, candidates who want to improve their division in the Associate Degree in Commerce Part-II Annual Exam 2026 can submit their admission forms with a fee of Rs. 15,225. BA Hearing Impaired candidates in the improvement category will also be exempt from exam fees.

It has been clarified that admission to Part-I is only available to those candidates who previously had a supply and still have valid remaining chances. New candidates are not permitted to apply for Part-I in these exams.

The university has also issued several important instructions for applicants. All admission forms must be submitted strictly through the online system, and the university will not accept forms submitted by hand or through postal services. Additionally, this admission schedule is also applicable to those candidates who appeared in the Associate Degree in Arts, Science, and Commerce Part-I and Part-II Supplementary Exam 2025 and wish to apply for the upcoming annual exams.
