PU Schedule and Fee Details for Re-Sit Semester Examinations

University of the Punjab PU has released Notification No. 455 / Cond. D.S., announcing the schedule for submission of online admission forms and examination fees for the Fall 2025 Re-Sit Semester Examinations. According to the official notification, students of various undergraduate and associate degree programs are required to submit their online forms and prescribed fees within the announced timeframe. The submission of forms and fees will remain open from October 21, 2025, to November 28, 2025. For the B.S. 4-Year Program and A.D.B 2-Year Program, except for the degrees mentioned in the second category, the per semester fee is fixed at Rs. 4,900. This applies to students of the 1st to 8th semesters who are reappearing in the Fall 2025 re-sit examinations.

PU Issues Notification for Online Admission Forms and Fee Submission for Fall 2025 Re-Sit Exams

For students enrolled in B.S. and A.D.B programs in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Information Technology, the per semester re-sit examination fee is Rs. 7,613 for the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th semesters. The same fee applies to B.S. BBA students Old and New Scheme for the same semesters. Students of B.S. Science Education or Elementary Education programs under both Old and New Schemes will pay Rs. 7,140 per semester for their 1st to 8th semester re-sit exams. Meanwhile, B.S. Commerce and A.D. Commerce students will pay Rs. 6,045 per semester for their 1st to 4th semester re-sits.

Candidates enrolled in the A.D. Tourism & Hospitality Management 2-Year Program will pay Rs. 6,045 per semester for their 1st to 4th semester Fall 2025 re-sit exams, while students of the B.Ed 1.5-Year Program are required to pay Rs. 7,140 per semester for their 1st to 3rd semester re-sits. Students of the B.S. After Associate Degree Program, which replaces M.A., M.Sc., M.Com, and MBA programs, will also pay Rs. 4,900 per semester for the 5th to 8th semester re-sit exams.

Important Instructions:

1. Each student will receive a system-generated individual fee challan, which must be printed and handed over by the college. The fee must be deposited strictly according to the challan instructions — manual challans will not be accepted.

2. The subject combinations will appear on the challan form, and students must review them carefully. In case of any error, they should apply for correction before the due date.

3. Students are advised to remain in contact with their college principals or visit the Punjab University website to obtain their roll number slips. If a candidate fails to download or collect their roll number slip and misses the examination, the university will not be responsible for the loss.
