PU LLB 4-Year Program Fall 2025 Semester Form Fee Schedule

Punjab University has released Notification No. 111 / Cond. D.S., presenting the complete schedule for online semester enrollment and Exam fee submission for the LL.B 4-Years Program Fall 2025 Semester Exam. This announcement has been made in continuation of Office Notification No. 101 / Cond. D.S. dated 25-02-2026. The schedule applies to regular students studying in affiliated colleges. Important Dates Announced for Subject Registration and Fee Submission of Regular Students

According to the notification, the process of subject enrollment will begin on 25 February 2026 and will remain open until 5 March 2026. During this period, students are required to enroll in their respective subjects through the online system. It is essential for students to complete this step within the given dates to avoid complications in their Exam registration.

A separate date has been allocated for corrections in subject enrollment at the college level. If any student identifies an error in the selected subjects, corrections can be made on 6 March 2026. The university has clearly stated that any request for changes after 5 March 2026 will only be considered with the imposition of a fine. Therefore, students are strongly encouraged to carefully review their selected subjects during the enrollment period to prevent unnecessary penalties.

For the LL.B 4-Years Program 1st Semester Exam Fall 2025, the Exam fee has been fixed at Rs. 13,640. The fee submission window will remain open from 25 February 2026 to 7 March 2026. Students must ensure that their fees are deposited within these dates to confirm their eligibility for the Exam.

The university has introduced a system-generated challan process for fee payment. An individual challan for each student will be generated through the online system, and the printed copy will be provided to the student by their respective college. Students must deposit the fee strictly according to the instructions mentioned on the challan form. It is important to note that only system-generated challans will be accepted. Payments made through manual challans will not be recognized.

The subject combination selected by the student will be clearly printed on the challan form. Students are advised to carefully review the listed subjects to ensure accuracy. If any discrepancy is found, they should immediately request correction within the designated timeframe.

Regarding the issuance of Roll Number Slips, students are directed to stay in contact with the Principal of their college and regularly check the official Punjab University website for updates. If a candidate fails to download the Roll Number Slip from the university website or does not obtain it from the college and consequently misses the Exam, the university will not be held responsible.

Students are advised to complete all formalities promptly and remain attentive to official instructions to avoid any academic inconvenience during the Fall 2025 semester Exam.
