PU Extends Schedule for Online Entry of Mid and Sessional Awards

University of the Punjab has issued a revised notification regarding the online entry schedule for midterm and sessional awards for its affiliated colleges. The announcement has been released through Notification No. 119 / Cond. D.S., which follows the earlier notification issued on February 26, 2026. The students can get the latest updates of PU Extends Schedule for Online Entry of Mid and Sessional Awards.

Affiliated Colleges Given Revised Timeline for Award Submission

According to the university administration, the online portal for entering midterm and sessional marks for the Fall 2025 semester examinations was initially opened for affiliated colleges from February 28, 2026 to March 6, 2026. Later, the university extended the deadline once again from March 7, 2026 to March 13, 2026 to facilitate colleges that had not yet completed the process.

Now, the university has issued a revised schedule to ensure that all remaining work related to award entry, verification, and final submission is completed properly. This schedule applies to several academic programs offered in affiliated colleges, including BS 4-Year Program, BS programs replacing MA, MSc, MCom, and MBA, Associate Degree in Commerce, BBA, BS Computer Science, BSED, BEd, ADB, ADTHM, and other semester-based programs.

Under the updated timeline, the first step involves the entry of awards by college users through their degree-specific login accounts. This process will cover the entry of students’ marks for various subjects and will remain open from February 16, 2026 to March 6, 2026.

The second stage will involve reviewing and correcting the entered awards. During this phase, the college administrator will log in to the system to check the submitted marks, verify them, and make any necessary corrections if required. This review and correction process will take place from March 7, 2026 to March 17, 2026.

In the final stage, colleges will print the award lists along with the counterfoils and submit them to the examination department of the university for official record and processing. This final submission process will be carried out between March 18, 2026 and March 20, 2026.

The university has also issued an important warning regarding the completion of the award entry process. If the marks of any subject are not entered for a particular roll number within the given deadline, the system will automatically mark that student as absent in the concerned subject. Therefore, affiliated colleges have been advised to complete all required entries and verifications within the specified time to avoid any complications for students.
