PTB Announces Updated Study Scheme for Matric and Inter 2025
The Punjab Textbook Board PTB has officially released the updated study scheme for the PTB matric and intermediate Inter annual exams of 2025. Matriculation Study Schedule for 2025
For students in the 9th and 10th grades, the updated weekly schedule includes the following classes:
9th Class Schedule:
- Urdu: 5 classes per week
- Quranic Translation: 3 classes per week
- Islamic Studies and Mathematics: 6 classes per week each
- General Science and Optional Subjects: 6 classes per week each
- Extracurricular Activities: 1 class per week
10th Class Schedule:
- Pakistan Studies: 6 classes per week
Total Marks for Matric Exams
The total marks for the combined 9th and 10th class exams for 2025 will be 1200 marks, as announced by the Punjab Textbook Board along with the new study scheme.
Intermediate Study Schedule for 2025
- Urdu and English: 5 classes each per week
- Islamic Studies: 6 classes per week
- Quranic Translation: 3 classes per week
- Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology: 4 classes each per week
- Practical Exam Preparation: 2 classes per week
Total Marks for Intermediate Exams
Similar to the matric exams, the total marks for the 2025 intermediate annual exams will also be 1200 marks, according to the newly released study scheme.
