LUMHS Required Documents Check List 2025 for MBBS & BDS Admissions Announced
The Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences LUMHS has officially released the Required Documents Check List 2025 for candidates applying to the MBBS and BDS programs for the session 2025–26. According to the notice, applicants must submit two sets of duly attested documents attested by a Grade-17 or above officer along with their admission application form. The university has emphasized that incomplete or unauthenticated submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The LUMHS Required Documents Check List 2025 includes essential items such as the MDCAT 2025 Admit Card, MDCAT result conducted by IBA-Sukkur, and the university copy of the paid processing fee voucher. Candidates are also required to attach copies of their Matriculation and HSC Pre-Medical certificates or equivalence certificates from IBCC, as well as relevant mark sheets. Additional documents include domicile and permanent residence certificates of both the candidate and parents, CNIC or B-Form, and three passport-size photographs with the applicant’s name written on the back.
The university has also provided special instructions for applicants applying under specific categories. Candidates with disabilities must submit certificates from the Sindh Social Welfare Department or Civil Services Hospital, while those applying as Overseas Pakistanis must provide proof of educational qualifications from abroad along with documentation of their parents’ employment outside Pakistan.
