Eligibility and Academic Requirements
To be considered for this competitive doctoral program, applicants must meet strict academic standards. Candidates are required to hold an MPhil or MS degree—or an equivalent qualification—in any relevant public health discipline from a university or institution recognized by the HEC or the relevant medical council. Regarding academic performance, applicants must possess a CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 in the semester system. Those whose transcripts do not explicitly state a CGPA must provide an official equivalency certificate from the concerned authorities, or alternatively, demonstrate a First Division standing within the annual system.
Admission Schedule and Selection Process

Candidate Eligibility: The list of eligible candidates will be published on July 10, 2026.
Subject GRE Test: A subject GRE test, comprising 70% Public Health, 15% English, and 15% Analytical components, is scheduled for July 20, 2026.
Research Proposal: Qualified candidates are required to submit their research proposals by August 4, 2026.
Interviews: Formal interviews for qualified candidates will take place on August 20, 2026.
Finalization: The final date for fee submission is August 31, 2026, with the commencement of classes officially set for September 7, 2026.
