Rafique Memorial Trust Community Midwifery 2026–2028 Admission

Rafique Memorial Trust Hospital, Gujranwala, is pleased to announce that applications are officially invited for the Community Midwifery Training Program for the 2026–2028 session. This two-year diploma course is designed to empower aspiring healthcare professionals with the essential skills required for maternal and neonatal care, contributing significantly to community health services.

Eligibility Criteria and Requirements

To qualify for this esteemed RMTH Gujranwala nursing and midwifery diploma course, candidates must meet the following prerequisites:

Educational Qualification: Applicants must have a minimum of Matriculation with at least 50% marks in science subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Biology are preferred.

Age and Marital Status: The candidate must be between 18 and 25 years of age and hold an unmarried marital status as of October 2026.

Application Submission and Selection Process

Prospective students should prepare their documentation carefully to ensure a smooth application process. Please submit your application form along with attested copies of your academic certificates and two passport-sized photographs to the hospital office by the deadline of August 20, 2026.

The merit list of selected candidates will be displayed outside the Medical Superintendent’s office on August 25, 2026. Following the selection, a written entry test is scheduled for September 5, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The test will cover key subjects, including English, Biology, Chemistry, and Pakistan Studies.

Interview and Final Enrollment

Successful candidates from the written test will be called for an interview on September 16, 2026. Please ensure that you bring all original academic documents for verification during the interview session. Note that no separate interview calls will be issued.

The final merit list will be published on September 24, 2026, on the notice board outside the Medical Superintendents office.

Fee Structure and Financial Guidelines

The prospectus and application forms can be obtained for Rs. 200 on July 22, 2026, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Please adhere to the following financial guidelines:

Submission Deadline: The final date to submit the completed application form is August 19, 2026.

Late Submissions: Any forms submitted after the deadline or those found incomplete will be summarily rejected.

Security and Admission Fees: Once admitted, students are required to pay an admission fee of Rs. 5,000, a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000, and a tuition fee of Rs. 4,000.
