HEC Law Graduate Assessment Test for Enrolment as an Advocate

• The candidates must have qualified in the law bachelor degree or equivalent degree from any university or college, which is recognized by HSC and PBC.

• The test of the candidates will be multiple choice question and the students have to qualify it.

• Law-GAT revised curriculum test, which the candidates can download from the official website of HEC.

• The Law-GAT test will be conducted on 31 March 2024. If there is any change in date and time of the test, due to any reason, the candidates will be informed through the official website.


• The candidates can download the application forms online and they can register through HEC registration online portal and one week before the start of the test, the roll no slips of the candidates will be uploaded online. 


• The candidates will be informed through Email or SMS to the registered applicants regarding date, time and venue of the test. The candidates will provide the valid email or mobile phone to fill the online application forms.

• As this test will be conducted across the country so the test centers are set up in all big cities, near to the residences of the applicants. They can select the test centers from the given list, which they think near to their livings and they can reach there conveniently. 


• The test will be managed in the available test centers, if at least 250 applicants choose the center.


• The test centers, once selected, will not be changed.

• The candidates can visit the official website of HEC for online registration.


• The candidates can complete the profile by using ‘My profile’ section and submit application by using ‘Law Graduate Assessment Test’ link on the menu panel.


• The submitted application forms will be considered for law-GAT Test and application in save or incomplete mode, will not be considered.


• The candidates will have to deposit the test fee of Rs.3000/- vide 1Link 1Bill invoice to participate Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Jazz Cash/UPaisa.
