Higher Education Commission HEC has unveiled the registration schedule for the Higher Education Aptitude Test HAT 2024. Administered by the Education Testing Council ETC, HAT serves as the gateway for acquiring all HEC scholarships and gaining admission to MS/M Phil programs, ensuring a fair, accessible, and transparent selection process. HEC has announced May 08, 2024, as the deadline for HAT registration. Upon selecting the 1Link 1bill service, candidates must sign in to their mobile app, click on bill payment or payment services, and proceed with the 1bill invoice payment services by entering the consumer number generated by the ETC Portal. Verification of the online payment on the ETC dashboard is essential.

Its important to note that the test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
