GC University, Lahore, has issued a fee submission notice for various academic programs to streamline the payment process for its students. The university emphasizes the importance of timely fee submission to avoid any inconveniences and has provided specific details to facilitate the process.

University and Programs: GC University, Lahore, is directing fee submission for the following academic programs: B.A/B.Sc. Hons Evening, M. Phil Morning & Evening, MS Computer Science, MS ESME, BS Media & Communication Studies, etc.
Submission Channels: Students are required to make their fee payments through online banking at any United Bank Limited UBL branch in Pakistan. The fee challan can be downloaded from the GCU website through the Learning Management System LMS and must be deposited at any Habib Bank Limited HBL branch within the country.
Issuance and Due Dates: The fee challan issuance date is 24-01-24, and the due date for submission is 31-01-24.
Late Fee Charges: A systematic late fee structure is in place for those who miss the deadline. Fine amounts are outlined based on the period of delay, ranging from Rs. 500 within 10 days after the due date to Rs. 5,000 after one month.
Important Notes:
Cash Payment: All fee and dues must be submitted in cash at HBL branches within Pakistan.
Scholarship/FInancial Aid: Students with scholarships or financial aid should contact the relevant office before depositing the semester fee to ensure the proper handling of their accounts.
Payment Method: It is crucial to note that fee or dues submitted through mobile apps will not be acceptable.
