DUHS Pharm-D Retake Exams 2023 Fee Submission Schedule
DUHS has issued a crucial notification regarding the First Year Pharm-D Semester-II Retake Examination 2023 for failure/repeater candidates at Dow College of Pharmacy, Ojha Campus. Candidates are urged to take note of the following details:
- Exam Form Submission Deadline: The Examination Form & Fee for the First Year Pharm-D Semester-II Retake Examination 2023 Morning / Evening Sessions will be accepted until April 22, 2024.
- Examination Fee: Rs. 5,000/-
Important Instructions:
- Submission Procedure: Eligible candidates are required to submit their forms, paid fee vouchers, and necessary documents to the respective colleges office.
- Submission Deadline: The respective college must submit all forms, fee vouchers, and documents to the Examinations Department at DUHS within THREE DAYS of receiving them, along with a list of candidates who have completed the required formalities.
- Payment Voucher Enclosure: The payment voucher of the examination fee for each candidate must be enclosed with their respective examination forms.
