AWKUM Merit List Announcement Notice 2025 for MPhil & Ph.D. Hostel Admissions
The Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan AWKUM has officially published its AWKUM Merit List Announcement Notice 2025, informing students about the 2nd Provisional Merit List for MPhil and Ph.D. hostel admissions. The notice was issued by the Office of the Provost on September 29, 2025.
Details of the Merit List Announcement
According to the AWKUM Merit List Announcement Notice 2025, the 2nd provisional hostel admission list for male students in MPhil and Ph.D. programs will remain open from Monday, September 29, 2025, to Friday, October 3, 2025. Students provisionally selected for hostel facilities are required to submit their Hostel Admission Form along with necessary documents in hard copy.
Requirements for Hostel Admission
Provisionally selected candidates must provide:
Student’s CNIC
Father/Guardian’s CNIC
Domicile certificate
One recent passport-size photograph
CNIC of visitor/next of kin
Affidavit on stamp paper along with the hostel admission form
Additionally, the form must be recommended by the Chairman/Principal of the concerned department or college.
Important Notes for Applicants
Afghan nationals must provide valid proof of legal residential status in Pakistan. Disabled students must submit medical evidence of their disability, countersigned by the University Medical Officer. Old students must clear all outstanding dues before admission. All admissions are subject to verification of the submitted documents.
