AJK State Talent Scholarship 2024 2025

The government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir AJK has announced the State Talent Scholarships for students in the region. The scholarship 2025 is available to students enrolled in both government and private educational institutions across AJK who have participated in the 2024 annual exams. The scholarships will be awarded based strictly on merit. The students can get fresh information of AJK State Talent Scholarship 2024: Application Guidelines and Eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship

Students from government, semi-government, or private institutions are eligible to apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarship. The scholarship is open to students at various educational levels, including primary, middle, secondary, intermediate, BS, MA, MSc, MPhil, and Ph.D. classes. The deadline to submit applications is February 28, 2025.

Required Marks for Eligibility

Primary, Middle, or Elementary: 90% marks
Matriculation Board Exams: 85% marks
Intermediate Board Exams: 80% marks
BA/BSc, MA/MSc, MS, or Ph.D.: 70% marks

To continue receiving the scholarship, students must maintain a minimum of 60% marks in their exams. Any student found submitting false or misleading information will have their degrees or certificates confiscated. Only regular students are eligible to apply.

Ineligibility Criteria

The following candidates are not eligible to apply:

Government employees
Students enrolled in weekend classes, distance learning, or as private candidates
Incomplete or misleading applications will not be entertained

Required Documents for Application

To apply, students must submit the following:

The completed and attested application form
A receipt showing a deposit of PKR 100 to the designated account
A cover letter from the head of the educational institution
Attested copies of the Certificate of Citizenship of the State Class-I, passport-sized photograph, result card, and CNIC or B-form
Students enrolled in professional courses must submit results from two semesters

Application Submission Process

Application forms can be downloaded from the National Bank website.
The deposit should be made to the account number 0109000232321573 at United Bank, Chhattar, 2 Mile Branch, Muzaffarabad.
The application must be submitted through the head of the institute with all required documents and the attested cover letter.

Completed applications should be sent to the Secretariat Higher Education at Block-10, Secretariat Complex, Chhattar 2 Mile, Muzaffarabad. The last date for submission is February 28, 2025. Late applications will not be considered.
