About Sohail University
Sohail University was established through a bill, which was passed by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in 2018 but the constituent institutes like Jinnah Medical and Dental College and Jinnah College of Nursing were developed in 1998-99 and 2009 respectively. These institutes have the great reputation off the innovative teaching and clinical training in the well equipped hospitals. The huge number of students is going to pass their MBBS and BDS and the Nursing graduates, who meet the requirements of the society in the health sciences. This university has the commitment to do the innovative teaching and learning, create the new knowledge of research and promote the values of leadership and learning and the service. This university is establishing the centers of excellence and emerging sciences, technology, engineering, management, arts and allied areas. By imparting the higher standard of education, the university will achieve the excellence in teaching, learning, and research work through the quality improvement with the international standards. Sohail University is emphasizing the students centered approach to teaching and learning. The university will strive for the improvement in quality of teaching and research through revision of curriculum and the review of the assessment methodologies and faculty development by providing the sufficient resources.
