UoK BA Law Part I & II Annual Exam 2023 Date Sheet 2024

The University of Karachi KU has announced the UoK BA Law Part I & II Annual Examinations 2023 Date Sheet, scheduled to be held in December 2024. According to the official notification from the Karachi University Examination Department, the exams will commence on 23rd December 2024 and conclude on 4th January 2025.

Detailed Exam Schedule

For BA Law Part I, the examination will begin with Paper I English Compulsory on 23rd December 2024, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Following that, the second paper, Urdu/Natural Science, will be conducted on 26th December 2024, also from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The third paper, Political Science, will be held on 30th December 2024, with the same timing. Paper IV Introduction to Law is scheduled for 1st January 2025, and finally, Paper V Legal System in Pakistan will be conducted on 3rd January 2025 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

For BA Law Part II, the examinations will follow a parallel schedule. The first paper, Islamic Studies/Pakistan Studies/Ethical Behavior for non-Muslims, is on 24th December 2024. This will be followed by English for Legal Studies on 26th December 2024, and Economics on 30th December 2024. The fourth paper, Law of Crimes, will take place on 2nd January 2025, covering topics such as the Pakistan Penal Code, General Principles of Criminal Law, and Hudood Law. The last exam, Obligations covering Law of Torts and Law of Contract, will be held on 4th January 2025.

Important Instructions

The Karachi University Examination Department has outlined some important instructions for students:

The order of question papers is not guaranteed.
Change of examination centers is not allowed under any circumstances.
Students must bring their Admit Card, Enrollment Card, and Computerized National Identity Card CNIC or College Identity Card to the examination hall.
Strict action will be taken against any form of cheating or unfair means, leading to disqualification for up to four years.
Mobile phones and other communication devices are strictly prohibited in the examination hall.
