JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice for DPT Students Released
Jinnah Sindh Medical University JSMU has released the official JSMU Exam Form Submission Notice 2025 for DPT Batch-VI, Semester-III, Year-II Regular & Year Back students.
According to the notification issued by the Examination Department on September 18, 2025, candidates are required to download their examination forms from the official JSMU Karachi website. Students must duly fill the form, attach all required documents, and submit it along with the exam fee of Rs. 3,500.
For JSMU DPT students, forms should be submitted directly to the Student Affairs Department. Meanwhile, students from affiliated institutes and medical colleges must submit their forms and fees to the focal person of their respective institutions. The focal persons will then forward consolidated pay orders to JSMU’s Examination Department.
The last date for submission is September 27, 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500 will be charged for forms submitted after the deadline, starting from September 29, 2025. No forms will be accepted beyond October 2, 2025.
Required documents include:
Photocopy of the previous year’s transcript. Copy of enrollment card. Two recent photographs. Original paid fee voucher for JSMU candidates or consolidated pay order for affiliated institutes
