WMAA Multan Announces Supply Exams and Revision Schedule

The dates of Darja Kitab Supply Exams for the year 1447 AH, 2026 have been officially announced by Wafaq ul Madaris Al-Arabia Multan. These Exams will be held from Saturday to Thursday, 23 Shawwal 1447 AH corresponding to 11 April 2026. In this regard, it has been clarified that the admissions for the Supply Exam will be received till 10 Shawwal 1447 AH. All candidates have been instructed to submit their admissions only through the online system, as paper or manual forms will not be accepted. It is also not necessary to provide a challan form, receipt or any additional list. Important Instructions Regarding WMAA Exams of Darja Kitab 1447 AH / 2026

However, it has been made mandatory to send a local handwritten list of online admissions, which has been prepared by hand, to the Federal Office. If a candidates name is found to be different in the online record and the manual list, both will be compared and the final decision will be made on the basis of the list recorded online. Moreover, if the pen list is not sent, no excuse will be accepted later and only the entry saved online will be considered valid.

Regulations for participating in Supply Exam

As per the announcement, some students will not be allowed to participate in the Supply Exam, while students who want to improve their marks or want to get promoted can participate under the prescribed rules. If the candidates for promotion take the re-Exam of any paper, the previous marks will be considered cancelled, provided that they register their attendance in the Exam hall, whether they complete the paper later or not.

It has also been clarified that if a student has been absent from any paper or any of his papers has been declared invalid, he will be considered as a Supply, even if he has secured forty percent marks in total. For success, it is mandatory that the papers of the relevant subjects are re-sited and completed as per the rules.

Instructions regarding the Supply Exam of the degree of memorization

Students who were absent from the annual Exam of the degree of memorization or who failed for any reason will be eligible to appear in the Supply Exam. Similarly, those candidates who had not completed their memorization by the time of the annual Exam but have now completed theirs by Ramadan can also submit the admission form for this Exam.

Admissions for the second Exam of the degree of memorization in the year 1447 AH will be received until 10 Dhul-Qa’dah 1447 AH. However, students whose results have been declared null and void for any reason, such as violation of private or other regulations, will not be allowed to re-sit the Exam in the same year but will be able to appear in the Exam after a gap of one year.

Paper Review Application Procedure

Applications for the review of papers of the annual Exam 1447 AH can be submitted up to 10 Shawwal Al-Mukarram. For this purpose, only the specific review form issued by the Federation will be used, which is available on the official website. The review fee for each paper will be equal to the full admission fee of the relevant level.

It has also been clarified that the review process will be completed by 10 Shawwal on applications received up to 20 Ramadan, while applications received after this date will be processed later.

All students and relevant institutions have been urged to strictly adhere to the stipulated dates and instructions to avoid any kind of inconvenience or disqualification.
