Wifaq Al-Madaris Supplementary Exam Schedule 2026 Released

Wifaq Al-Madaris Al-Arabiya Pakistan has officially announced the important dates and instructions regarding the Darja Kitab supplementary exams and the revision of annual exam papers. According to this announcement, the Darja Kitab supplementary exams will be held in April 2026 under the 1447 AH calendar. The exams will be held from Saturday to Thursday from 23 Shawwal Al-Mukarramah to 28 Shawwal Al-Mukarramah 1447 AH, which will continue from 11 April to 16 April 2026 according to the Gregorian calendar. The students can get the latest updates of WMAA Multan Supply Exams & Revision New Schedule.

Important Instructions for Darja Kitab and Darja Hifz Exams 1447 AH / 2026
According to the instructions issued by the federation, the last date for submitting admission forms for these supplementary exams has been fixed as 10 Shawwal Al-Mukarramah 1447 AH. This time, all the admissions for the grade books will have to be submitted only through the online system and no paper or offline form of any institution or candidate will be accepted. It is also necessary to provide the record of the online form and the list of students as proof while submitting the admission.

Furthermore, the madrasas have been instructed to prepare a written list of students along with the online registration and send it to the federal office. This list should be handwritten so that it can be compared with the online data if necessary. If there is any difference in any case, the online registration and the written list will be compared and the decision will be made on the basis of the written list. However, if the written list is not sent by a madrasa, then no objection or explanation will be accepted later and only the online record will be considered valid.

Some rules have also been clarified regarding participation in the supplementary exam. Students who are not allowed to take the exam will not be able to appear in the supplementary exam. However, students who have failed in a subject or want to retake the exam with the intention of improving their grades will be allowed to participate. A candidate who registers his attendance in the exam hall to retake a paper of a subject for the purpose of improving his grades will automatically lose the marks obtained earlier in that subject, whether or not the student later gives that paper.

It has also been clarified that if a student has obtained forty percent or more marks in total but has been absent in any subject or his paper has been declared invalid, he will not be considered successful but will be considered a supplementary candidate. In such a case, the student will have to retake the exams of those subjects to succeed.

It has also been clarified regarding the supplementary exam for grade retention that those students who were absent or failed in the annual exam will be given the opportunity to participate in the supplementary exam. In addition, students who had not completed their memorization by the time of the annual exam but have completed it later by Ramadan can also submit their admission forms for this exam.

Entries for the second memorization exam in the same year 1447 AH will be accepted until 10 Dhu al-Qa’dah 1447 AH. However, students whose results have been declared null and void due to any specific reason, such as being a private candidate or violating any regulation, will not be able to appear in the second exam held in the same year but will be allowed to take the exam next year.

A final date has also been set for the revision of papers. Applications for the revision of papers for the annual exam 1447 AH can be submitted until 10 Shawwal al-Mukarramah. For this purpose, it will be necessary to use the specific revision form issued by the Federation, which is available on the official website of the Federation. The revision fee for each paper will be equal to the full admission fee for the relevant level. Furthermore, applications received by the 20th of Ramadan will be reviewed by the 10th of Shawwal, while applications received after that will be processed at a later date.
