Eligibility Criteria

M.Phil

16 years of education 120 credit hours after HSSC/F.Sc./Grade 12

Minimum 2nd Division or 50% marks in annual system

OR CGPA 2.50/4.00 in semester system

Must meet departmental eligibility criteria listed at www.uvas.edu.pk

Must pass the UVAS GRE/HAT General with at least 50% score

Ph.D.

M.Sc. Hons/M.Phil in the relevant discipline

Minimum First Division 60% OR CGPA 3.00/4.00

Must meet departmental eligibility criteria

Must pass UVAS GRE/HAT General with at least 60% score

Download the prospectus from the university website

Pay the processing fee:

Rs. 2500/- for admission processing

Rs. 500/- for each additional discipline non-refundable

Payment to be made via Bank Alfalah online account as per challan

Send the printed application form + attested copies of required documents one complete set to:

Directorate of Advanced Studies, UVAS, Outfall Road Lahore

via postal/courier services only

Government employees must attach NOC

All applicants must include CNIC copies self + father, registration certificates from relevant councils, and valid degrees Hope Certificates are not accepted

Hostel accommodation available subject to seat availability

Dual-degree policy of HEC will apply; no overlapping degrees allowed
