University of Swabi MA Exam & Fee Schedule 2025 Released

The University of Swabi UoS has formally released the UoS Exam & Fee Schedule Notice 2025 for the Master of Arts MA Annual Examination applicable to enrolled and reappear students. According to the notification issued by the Office of the Controller of Examinations on October 2, 2025, candidates must submit their forms and fees within the prescribed timeline.

The notification invites students to download the Examination Admission Form from branches of United Bank Limited in Swabi or from the University website. The completed forms must reach the Examinations Section, University of Swabi by the due dates; incomplete forms or late submissions will not be accepted.

The fee schedule is tiered:

Normal fee deadline: 24 October 2025

Double fee: up to 31 October 2025

Triple fee: up to 7 November 2025

Different fee amounts apply depending on whether it is MA Previous, MA Final / Re-appear or Improvement, and number of papers being retaken. For time-barred / 3rd division students, a MA Special Chance is offered with specified fees. Required attachments include: attested copies of SSC, HSSC, Bachelor DMCs, previous/ final MA DMCs if applicable, photographs, CNIC copy, and original bank receipt/slip. Fees may be deposited at prescribed branches of United Bank Limited UBL Account No. 0323-223082836 or The Bank of Khyber Account No. 0308002009051247.

Examination Schedule & Important Notes

The exams are expected to commence in mid-December 2025 for MA Previous/Final. Students applying for re-appear or improvement should note the fee differentials e.g. one paper, two papers, etc.. Each Part/Year requires a separate form and fee. For Special Chance students those previously ineligible for degree, only up to two subjects can be attempted, and only one special chance is allowed.

Instructions to Students UoS MA candidates

Obtain the examination admission form from UBL branches or from the UoS website. Complete and submit the form to the Examinations Section before deadlines, ensuring all required documents are attached. Deposit the fee in the allocated bank account within the given time window normal / double / triple fee. Attach supporting documents transcripts, DMCs, photographs, CNIC, etc. as specified in the notice. Watch for further updates about examination timeline, hall tickets, or any changes to the schedule.
