University of Jhang Academic Calendar 2025-2026 Announced

The University of Jhang UoJ has officially released the UoJ Academic Calendar 2025-2026, detailing the complete academic schedule for the upcoming year. According to the official notification issued by the Registrar Office Ref No: UOJ/Regr/Admn/2025/143, dated September 11, 2025, the competent authority has approved the schedule for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters.

Fall Semester 2025 Schedule

Course Registration Week 0: 15th – 19th September 2025

Commencement of Classes Week 1: 22nd September 2025

Semester Duration: 22nd September 2025 – 30th January 2026 19 weeks

Midterm Exams Week 8: 10th – 14th November 2025

Final Day of Classes: 16th January 2026

Final Exams: 19th – 30th January 2026

Semester Break: 31st January – 8th February 2026

Spring Semester 2026 Schedule

Course Registration Week 0: 9th – 13th February 2026

Commencement of Classes Week 1: 16th February 2026

Semester Duration: 16th February – 26th June 2026 19 weeks

The UoJ Academic Calendar 2025-2026 includes national and public holidays such as Defence Day, Iqbal Day, Quaid-e-Azam Day, Pakistan Day, Labour Day, and Independence Day. Eid and Ashura holidays will be observed as per the appearance of the moon and government notifications.

Important Academic Guidelines

Faculty members are directed to ensure their presence from September 15, 2025. Students must maintain at least 75 percent attendance to qualify for the final examinations. No makeup classes are permitted without prior departmental approval. If classes are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, extra lectures will be arranged to meet the required number of weeks.

Students can download registration forms from the University of Jhang website during the registration week, attach the clearance form verified by the Treasurer’s Office, and submit it to their respective departments for verification.
