UAP Releases Fee Submission Notice 2025 for Make-Up Exams
The University of Agriculture, Peshawar UAP has officially announced the UAP Fee Submission Notice 2025 for students appearing in the upcoming Make-up Examinations. According to the notification, all undergraduate students who have failed one or more subjects — whether from the Spring or Fall semester — but are not time-barred, are eligible to apply for these exams. The UAP Fee Submission Notice for Make up Exam Students 2025 clearly outlines that no student will be permitted to sit for the exam without proper registration and 75% attendance in the respective semesters.
Students from the disciplines of Agriculture, DVM, and Biotechnology are instructed to submit their examination forms to their course teachers, while students from FMCS must submit their forms to the sectional heads. Each student must pay a fee of Rs. 2000 per subject, and the deadline for submission with the normal fee is up to 2nd December 2025. A late fee of Rs. 500 will be applicable for submissions made until 9th December 2025, after which no forms will be accepted. The UAP Fee Submission Notice 2025 also requires students to attach two attested photographs, a copy of the DMC showing the failed subjects, and the original payment receipt along with their form.
Furthermore, the notification directs all Chairpersons, Directors, and the Principal of the College of Veterinary Sciences CVS, along with the Director of AMK Campus, to conduct make-up examinations after the completion of final term exams and to submit results to the Secrecy/Examination Section in accordance with university rules. The University of Agriculture Peshawar has emphasized that no UAP results will be accepted after the due date, making compliance with the UAP Fee Submission Notice 2025 crucial for all eligible students.
