UAP Make-Up Exam Deadline Alert: Pay Fee by December 17
The University of Agriculture, Peshawar UAP, issues a critical alert for all undergraduate students. You must act fast! UAP allows students who failed subjects to apply for make-up examinations. The notification is a follow-up to an earlier announcement.
- This applies to all undergraduate degree programs.
- It covers failed subjects from the Spring or Fall semester.
- You are eligible even if you are not time-barred.
Know the Strict Conditions
You must meet two key conditions to sit for the make-up exams. Pay close attention to these rules. You cannot apply without meeting them.
Registration Required: You must complete your registration for the semester.
Attendance Rule: You must have at least 75% attendance in the failed subjects.
Fees and Submission Deadlines
You must submit your examination forms now. The university set two important deadlines.

Note: The university will not accept any form submitted after the late fee deadline.
How to Submit Your Exam Form
Different departments follow different rules for form submission. Follow your specific instructions carefully.
- Agriculture, DVM, and Biotech students submit forms to their concerned teachers.
- FMCS students submit their forms to the sectional heads.
You must attach these items to your form:
- Two recent, attested photographs.
- Copy of your DMC Detail Marks Certificate for the failed subject.
- Original receipt showing payment of the Rs. 2,000/- per subject fee.
Important Note for Institutes
All heads must help arrange the make-up exams. This includes all Chairpersons, Directors, and the Principal of the College of Veterinary Sciences CVS. They must arrange the exams after the final terms. Then, they must submit results to the Secrecy/Examination Section quickly. The university will not accept late or incorrect results.
