The Directorate of Training, Agriculture Extension Sindh Admissions 2025 Courses
The Directorate of Training, Agriculture Extension Sindh, Hyderabad, is inviting applications for new admission 2025 for the academic session 2025–2026 in the following two-year diploma courses:
Offered Diploma Programs
Two-Year Diploma for Field Assistants & Stock Assistants Male
Location: Agriculture Training Institute, Sakrand & Jacobabad
Two-Year Diploma for Field Assistants Female
Location: Agricultural Development Training Institute, Sakrand
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have passed Matriculation in Science with more than 50% marks between 2018 and 2024, from any registered school affiliated with a recognized Secondary Education Board in Sindh.
Domicile-Based Eligibility
For Male Candidates Field/Stock Assistant Programs:
Candidates from the following districts can apply for admission at Agriculture Training Institute, Sakrand:
Hyderabad, Karachi, Jamshoro, Dadu, Sanghar, Badin, Mirpurkhas, Umerkot, Mithi Tharparkar, Thatta, Sujawal, Tando Muhammad Khan, Tando Allahyar, Matiari, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushero Feroze
Candidates from the following districts can apply at Agriculture Training Institute, Jacobabad:
Khairpur, Ghotki, Sukkur, Shikarpur, Larkana, Qambar-Shahdadkot, Kashmore, Jacobabad
For Female Candidates:
Only those applying for the Field Assistant Female program at Sakrand must meet the same eligibility criteria and be domiciled in Sindh.
Admission Procedure
Admission forms along with prospectus can be obtained from the respective training institutes Sakrand or Jacobabad by submitting a bank challan of PKR 500 at National Bank of Pakistan or Sindh Bank branches in Sakrand or Jacobabad.
Forms will be available from June 16 to June 30, 2025.

Last date to submit completed application forms is:
June 30, 2025
Pre-Entry Test Schedule as per SOPs
Field Assistant & Stock Assistant Jacobabad:
July 14, 2025
Field Assistant Female – Sakrand:
July 15, 2025
Stock Assistant Male – Sakrand:
July 15, 2025
Lists of selected candidates will be displayed on July 20, 2025 at the respective training centers.
