Submit DUHS BDS Exam Forms by 30th June – Fee Schedule & Guidelines Inside
Dow University of Health Sciences DUHS has officially released the DUHS Examinations Form Submissions Notice 2025 for First Year BDS students enrolled in DDC, DIDC, and DIEKIOHS. According to the notification, eligible candidates must submit their enrolment and examination forms by 30th June 2025 at their respective colleges or institutes.
As per the guidelines, the institutions will collect the completed forms, DUHS fee schedule vouchers, and required documents from students. These will then be forwarded to the DUHS Examinations Department within three days, along with a finalized list of candidates.
Required Documents Include:
- Original Paid Fee Voucher
- Photocopy of CNIC or B-Form
- Two recent passport-size photographs
- Copy of Paid Tuition Fee Voucher
- Any additional documents as requested
This submission marks a critical step for BDS students in confirming their eligibility for the First Year Annual Examination 2025. DUHS urges all students to ensure timely submission to avoid late penalties or disqualification.
