SMBBMU Result 2026 for MBBS 4th Year Supplementary Exams Declared
The Shaheed Mohtarama Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana has officially announced the SMBBMU Result 2026, bringing an important academic update for MBBS students of Chandka Medical College Larkana and Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Sukkur. This latest SMBBMU Result 2026 covers the Fourth Professional MBBS, Fourth Year Supplementary Examination for the session 2021–2022, held in April 2026.
According to the Controller of Examinations notification No. SMBBMU/EXAMS/CONT/TS/97 dated 14-05-2026, several candidates have been declared successful. From Chandka Medical College Larkana, seat numbers 51, 52, 64, 133, 138, 149, 153, 168, 174, 185, 204, 230, and 237 have cleared the examination. From Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Sukkur, seat numbers 321, 330, and 367 have also been declared successful under the SMBBMU Result for MBBS 4th Year 4th Prof Suppl Exams 2026.
The SMBBMU Larkana also released details of unsuccessful candidates, including failures in subjects such as Ophthalmology, Community Medicine, and Special Pathology, along with cases of absence in examinations. The university has clarified that errors and omissions may be corrected based on original records, and the marks certificates will be dispatched to the concerned institutions in due course. Students are advised to carefully review the official SMBBMU Result 2026 updates for complete accuracy.
