SMBBMU 5th Prof MBBS Supplementary Viva Voce Exam Schedule 2026 Announced
Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University SMBBMU, Larkana has officially issued an update under the SMBBMU Exam Schedule 2026, confirming the appointment of internal and external examiners for the upcoming MBBS viva voce examinations. This notification has been released by the Examination Department and outlines key arrangements for the conduct of professional assessments.
According to the official circular, the 5th Professional MBBS Supplementary Viva Voce Examination for Medicine Session 2020–21 will be conducted on Thursday, 7 May 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m. onwards. The examination will take place at Chandka Medical College Larkana Medical Unit-II, CMCH Centre, where a total of 07 candidates will appear for assessment.
For this purpose, SMBBMU Larkana has appointed distinguished faculty members as examiners. The internal examiner includes Dr. Mumtaz Ali Chhutto Associate Professor of Medicine, SMBBMU @ CMC Larkana, while the external examiner is Prof. Dr. Iftikhar Ali Shah Professor of Medicine, SMBBMU GMMMC Sukkur. Their appointment ensures transparency and academic standardization in line with university policy.
The notification also highlights that external examiners will be entitled to TA/DA as per university rules, including travel allowance, accommodation reimbursement, and air ticket claims upon submission of original documents. This announcement is part of the broader SMBBMU Exam Schedule 2026, ensuring smooth execution of examination procedures across departments.
The university has further advised examiners to confirm acceptance through the prescribed form and declare that no relative is appearing in the examination to maintain fairness and integrity. This update is an important part of the SMBBMU Exam Schedule for 5th Prof MBBS Suppl Viva Voce Exams 2026, reflecting the institution’s continued commitment to structured medical education assessments.
