Sindh Schools Reopen From 30th August 2021

The Provincial Education Department, Government of Sindh has decided to reopen schools in the province including Karachi from Monday 30th August 2021.

The decision to reopen schools with several conditions was taken in the meeting of working committee.

According to decision taken in the meeting the schools with 100 percent vaccinated staff will be allowed to open 6 days a week. The working committee decided that classes will be commenced in shifts, 3 days in 1st shift and next 3 days classes will be taken on 2nd shift.

All schools heads are advised to provide awareness to the parents regarding vaccination. The parents are directed to submit the copy of vaccination card in the school. According to decision, the working committee of Education Department will properly monitor the situation in the schools.
