Detailed Eligibility Requirements and Categories

Category I Criteria

• Education: 10 years of schooling Matric, a 3-year Diploma in Nursing, and a 1-year Diploma in Midwifery or any PNMC-registered Post Basic Specialty diploma.
• Experience Requirements: Must have 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse RN after the nursing diploma, 2 years of experience as an RN for Post RN BSN admission as per HEC Notification # 861/A&A/2018/HEC/5799, and 2 years of clinical/teaching/research experience as an RN with at least 1 year post-Post RN BSN.

Category II Criteria

• Education: 12 years of schooling FSc Pre-Medical and a 4-year BS Nursing degree registered with PNMC.
• Experience Requirements: 1 year of bedside internship plus 1 year of professional experience as an RN in primary, secondary, or tertiary care excluding the internship period.

2. Fee Payment: Obtain a Bank Draft of Rs. 5,000/- non-refundable drawn in favor of "Vice Chancellor, Rawalpindi Medical University, Rawalpindi" NTN: 9020385-0.
3. Document Submission: Deliver the application form with required documents by hand or Pakistan Post to College of Nursing, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi by August 15, 2026.
4. Additional Requirements: In-service applicants must submit a No Objection Certificate NOC through proper channels, while foreign qualification holders require HEC/PNMC equivalence certificates.
