Punjab Makes Artificial Intelligence Compulsory in Primary Schools
In a transformative move for the Pakistani education system, the Punjab Education Department has officially announced that Artificial Intelligence AI will become a compulsory subject for primary school students. Starting from the 2027-28 academic session, this initiative positions Punjab as the first province in the country to integrate AI education directly into the core curriculum for students ranging from Grade 1 to Grade 5.
