Human Resource and Minority Affairs HRMA Department of the Punjab Government has announced scholarships for students from minority communities. The program covers students from Matriculation to PhD, providing financial support to deserving candidates. Selected students will receive an annual stipend, with the last date to apply for the 2025 scholarship being December 31, 2025. Scholarship Stipends by Education Level

The HRMA scholarships offer different yearly stipends depending on the level of study:

  • Professional and PhD Programs MBBS, DVM, BDS, B.Sc, Pharm-D, PhD: PKR 100,000
  • Postgraduate Programs MA, MSc, MS, MPhil, M.Com, MCS, MBA, LL.M, etc.: PKR 70,000
  • Undergraduate Programs BA, BSc, BBA, BCom – 2 & 3-year degrees, Honours 4-year degrees, LLB: PKR 60,000
  • Intermediate Level FA, FSc, ICom, A Level, DAE, or equivalent: PKR 40,000
  • Matriculation/O Level or equivalent: PKR 30,000

Eligibility Criteria for HRMA Minority Scholarships 2025

To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Must belong to a recognized minority community.
  • Must be a regular student of a government institution in Punjab or a federal government institution located in Punjab.
  • Must have a valid Punjab domicile.
  • Must have achieved at least 50% marks in the last examination.
  • Family’s monthly income should not exceed PKR 62,400.

How to Apply for the Minority Scholarship

Applicants need to submit a completed form along with required documents to the R&I Branch of the HRMA Department, Punjab. Key application requirements include:

  • Fully filled application form available on the HRMA website.
  • Attested copies of all academic certificates and degrees/result cards/equivalence certificates.
  • Copy of CNIC of the student and father.
  • Candidate’s domicile certificate.
  • Three passport-size photographs.
  • Certificate from the semester examination controller or head of department indicating marks or percentage.
  • Income certificate attested by a gazetted officer.
