PUMHS MBBS Admission Open Session 2023-24

In a significant stride towards gender inclusivity in medical education, Shaheed Benazirabad Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women PUMHS invites aspiring female students to apply for the MBBS Session 2023-24. The esteemed institution, located in Sindh, Pakistan, is renowned for its commitment to excellence in healthcare education.

Admission Schedule and Criteria

The application process commences on Tuesday, 12th December 2023, at 9:00 am, and concludes on Wednesday, 20th December 2023, at 4:00 pm. Eligible candidates must hold a PRC/Domicile of Tagged District of PUMHSW. They should have completed Intermediate/HSSC or F.Sc. Pre-Medical Group or Equivalent Examination with a minimum of 60% marks. As per PM&DC Regulations, a pass in MDCAT 2023 with a 55% score is mandatory.

Application Procedure

Interested candidates can access the online application form on the official website. The completion of the online form should be followed by printing and submission, via courier, to the Admissions Department, PUMHSW SBA, along with attested photocopies of required documents. A non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- should be deposited in the designated account, and the bank challan must be attached to the application form.

Self-Finance Category

Candidates opting for the Self-Finance category need to submit a Pay Order/Demand Draft of Rs. 616,000/- in favor of "VICE CHANCELLOR, PUMHSW," Nawabshah Shaheed Benazirabad. This category requires additional documentation, including a print copy of MDCAT 2023 score result and attested photocopies of other required documents.

Important Instructions

Strict action will be taken against candidates submitting forged/fake/fabricated documents.

Ensure correct and active contact information for effective communication.

Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will be rejected.

Any additional results or documents after the submission deadline will not be considered.

Candidates with foreign qualifications must upload an Equivalence Certificate issued by IBCC.

Documents under preparation, like PRC/Domicile, Equivalence, etc., will not be accepted.
