PUMHS Exam Form Filling Notice 2025 Announced for DPT Students
The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women PUMHS, Shaheed Benazirabad, has officially issued the PUMHS Exam Form Filling Notice 2025 for DPT Regular Examinations. The form submission process applies to both PUMHS main campus and affiliated colleges, with exams scheduled to be held in October 2025.
According to the circular No. PUMHSW/SBA/EXAM:5142 issued by the Controller of Examinations, eligible students from Semester I 2024–25, Semester III 2023–24, Semester V 2022–23, Semester VII 2021–22, and Semester IX 2020–21 can fill their examination forms online between October 16 and October 22, 2025 for normal fees. A late fee period will continue from October 23, 2025, onward.
The prescribed examination fee for PUMHS students is Rs. 3,000 normal and Rs. 3,500 late, while affiliated college students will pay Rs. 5,000 normal and Rs. 5,500 late. Students are required to complete the process online through the affiliated portal at affiliated.pumhs.edu.pk using their CNIC credentials.
The PUMHS Nawabshah has emphasized that incomplete forms will not be entertained. Students must upload scanned copies of the following documents:
Last marks certificate
Enrollment card
CNIC
Last paid admission fee challan
The PUMHS Exam Form Filling Notice 2025 highlights the importance of completing this process within the given deadline. The examination schedule will be announced later on the official website.
