Eligibility Criteria:
- For DPT, Pharm-D, and BS Public Health: Minimum 60% marks in Intermediate/HSSC or F.Sc. Pre-Medical or equivalent.
- For BS Nursing Generic: Minimum 50% marks in Intermediate/HSSC or equivalent.
- Candidates must fulfill additional eligibility criteria mentioned in the prospectus.
- Candidates must have domicile of one of the tagged districts of PUMHSW details in prospectus.
- Admission is strictly on merit basis

Submitting forged or false documents will lead to cancellation of admission.

Incomplete or late applications will be rejected.
No updates to academic results or documents will be accepted after the deadline.
Candidates with foreign qualifications must submit equivalence certificates from IBCC.
Receipts of documents still in process will not be accepted.
