Private Schools Action Committee Open Schools from 15 August
The private schools action committee has announced to open the schools from 15 August. The leaders of the action committee held the press conference and they announced their decision to start the regular classes in the private schools from 15 August. It is also said that they have issued the SOPs with 31 points to open the schools. They said that the federal and provincial schools did not take care of these private educational institutes during the lockdown being imposed due to spreading of the coronavirus pandemic. During this period, the economic situation of various schools owners got worse and they started laboring. According to their survey, about 74% of the parents want to send their children in the schools. The condition of some UCs in Karachi is not better so they announced that the private schools in these affected UCs will not be opened now. They also said that the government should provide the promotion certificates for the children in all boards.
